A built-in exchange in the style of Uniswap, with no order book and no company in the middle. All pairs are routed against NIM. Any token-to-token swap is two hops via NIM, so only one pool per token is needed rather than one per pair. This keeps things simpler and concentrates liquidity and utility in NIM.
