As part of our recent strategic evaluations, we have carefully assessed the various directions available to the project. In the short term, we have determined that focusing on crypto-affine and crypto-savvy audiences represents the most important success factor for Nimiq. While fundamental concepts such as compatibility, interoperability, and compliance are undoubtedly recognized as essential components, our current priorities lie in delivering products and solutions that appeal to a broad market and generate visibility and interest in Nimiq and the NIM token. In this context, ISO 20022 compatibility is considered meaningful in principle, but it does not play a central role in our immediate roadmap.
