Our very horizontal setup sometimes meant questions didn’t have clear owners or an escalation path, which slowed responses. We’re fixing that with defined topic owners, response expectations, and a clear escalation process. We plan to use the forum as the source of truth, where official answers are posted and preserved for everyone to review. Telegram remains great for discussion, but the forum is where we’ll publish official answers that may take a bit more time and can reliably answer questions once.
