Instant SEPA to buy NIM does not work

hi,

my german bank refuses to process the bank transfer, telling me the receiver’s bank is not eligible for instant sepa.

anyone can clarify what’s going on? and what to do to buy new NIM now?

Hi! We are very sorry to hear that. We process many swaps per day, also from SEPA Instant payments to the bank we are using. It does work.

But we heard before that some Sparkassen don’t do it. Is it a Sparkasse that refuses to send Instant?

We suggest to talk to your bank and to ensure them that the IBAN can really receive SEPA Instant transfers.
