As a follow up of the idea I formulated last year I decided to create my own tool to track and measure Nimiq social activity, across many platforms.

The tool is a metric within my website, that for now I am keeping as free (no stake needed to access the tool).

How hard it is to get X statistics ? And also, API is not free anymore right ?

It’s hard, especially if your plan is to backfill the whole historical, I would say.

Keeping up with the recent data only is not that expensive, depending on how much tweets you want to ingest. But the historical is. I had to use some border line techniques, basically exploiting free quotas from different api providers our there, otherwise it would not have been economically sustainable to ingest the past.
