Hey @Awan !

Thank you for the thoughtful and well-structured proposal. As a council, we see clear potential in the OneKey integration and agree that it could provide meaningful value to the Nimiq ecosystem, particularly in terms of security, accessibility, and broader positioning within the hardware wallet landscape.

At the same time, the proposal is currently too high-level for us to proceed with a funding decision. Several important elements required by the guidelines are not yet sufficiently detailed. In particular, the budget section needs a clear and transparent breakdown, including estimated costs, resource allocation, and development effort across the different integration stages.

Additionally, we would like to see a more concrete definition of the technical scope. This includes outlining the specific tasks required for each platform, potential dependencies, and how responsibilities are divided between the involved teams. More precise and measurable KPIs would also help to better evaluate the expected impact.

We encourage you to further develop the proposal by conducting deeper research, especially around pricing and comparable integrations, and by gathering feedback from both the OneKey team and the Nimiq community.

Overall, we are supportive of the direction, but require a more detailed and execution-ready version before moving forward.

@Awan please also note that you posted in the “wrong” category. Easy mistake though, as both categories have the same name.
Good one is there : Proposals and Bounties - Nimiq Forum

@Richy It might be good to rename this category / label it as “archive” / block posting in it, so people don’t do the mistake again.
