Posting in proposal & bounties

[subimpact]

I have a question? How do one able to post on proposal & bounties category?

I want to send over my proposal for something related to validator

If you have a general proposal for improvements for a validafor, you can go ahead and ask here.

If you want to apply for funding, you just need to be long enough (15 days) in our community to apply for funding.

Thanks a lot for the question.
