Proposal to bring further utility to the Nimiq asset

The idea, which I had expressed multiple times in Telegram, is to discount the atomic swap fees (up to virtually zero), for Nimiq addresses who have a running stake, based on amounts of Nim.

(Of course blockchain inherent fees would still have to be paid, I am referring just to the swapping service).

I don’t know if this can be done, and eventually if there is a way to extend it to swaps not strictly regarding Nim (BTC/USDT/USDC).

I suggest to create a Tier system which could reward people who stake more NIM.
eg:
100k NIM staked = -10% fees
500k NIM staked= -50% fees
1M NIM staked = -100% fees
