Serious bug in Safe that I has already reported before!

I encountered the problem that I reported again.

I imported my wallet from 24 words, then it was done without any problem, but the wallet just disappeared after I refreshed the Safe page.

I encountered that problem too. If you close and re-open your browser after import, it will appear.

To better debug, please tell us what OS, what browser (+version), if we are talking about mainnet or testnet Safe, if regular or private browsing.

Windows 10, Chrome Version 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit), mainnet for sure, regular browsing. I has only imported accounts twice since last month, but both of them got this problem. I suspect that it may be caused by leaving account label empty, but I am not sure.
