The web app version of Nimiq Pay already partially works (it was used during development). This milestone enumerates the gaps and closes them. It matters for two reasons: it serves as a fallback for the Wallet’s web presence (Bc.7), and it is a likely home for Ledger users, who need a desktop or web environment rather than a phone (Category Bf).
