Aiming to make sure nobody is left behind, this category gives users of the App to Ledger (Bc.7). People keep NIM on a Ledger usually because they hold a lot of it, and they must keep access, including staking. Pay flows will not initially target Ledger (nobody plugs a Ledger into their phone at the supermarket); Ledger matters for Save, Earn and Mini-Apps, possibly through a special web-only build (Ba.4). The path has to be decided during the parity work, so that it lands before anything is switched off.
