Ba.3 - Move legally sensitive features out of the core into Mini-Apps

Some features carry legal weight that the core app should not. The first candidate is pay-at-Lightning: when you pay a Lightning invoice, a passthrough trading service runs in the background to convert your funds. Moving features like this into their own Mini-Apps shrinks the core app’s legal surface and keeps it fully open-sourceable (Ba.2). On the protocol side, this is one of the enablers listed under Mini-Apps native support.
