Community Question: Are there competing directions or priorities within the team?

No, there are no opposing or competing directions within the team, and ensuring this alignment was one of the key objectives of the organizational transformation process the project underwent in recent months. Drawing on our long-standing experience as a decentralized organization and team, we reinforced shared priorities and clarified roles to maintain strong alignment.

To address this, we worked intensively over several months with a team of specialized coaches to establish clear, functional structures within the Nimiq organization. These now enable us to ensure that all activities, resources, and efforts are coordinated and directed toward common goals with greater efficiency and effectiveness. We are very pleased with the outcome of this process and see significant potential in our renewed structures to drive Nimiq and NIM toward a positive and well-aligned future.
