I’m submitting NimiqEarn Quest, a Telegram-native task and bounty marketplace designed to drive real utility, wallet activity, and repeat NIM transactions across the Nimiq ecosystem.

What is NimiqEarn Quest?

Problem

## Overview

The NimiqEarn Quest verification system is designed as a hybrid validation pipeline that combines deterministic checks, AI-assisted moderation, and contributor reputation scoring. The goal is to verify task submissions accurately while keeping moderation scalable, reducing fraud, and protecting reward integrity across high-volume campaigns.

This architecture is intentionally layered. Objective proofs are handled by rule-based validation first, while subjective, abuse-prone, or noisy submissions are escalated into an AI-assisted moderation path. The final decision can be fully automatic, lightly reviewed, or manually escalated depending on the confidence score and risk profile of the submission.

## Design Goals

- support many campaign types with different proof requirements
- reduce spam, fake engagement, recycled content, and reward farming
- preserve payout integrity through transparent and auditable decision paths

In short, the “submit proof, get verified (AI assisted)” flow works as a layered pipeline:

The user submits the required proof for the campaign, such as a transaction hash, wallet interaction, screenshot, social link/post, referral activity, text feedback, or uploaded media.
The system first runs deterministic checks to validate objective conditions. For example, it can confirm that a transaction exists, a post is public and matches the campaign rules, a referral event actually happened, or required fields are present.
If the submission passes those checks, the AI-assisted layer reviews it for quality and abuse signals. This include OCR and image analysis for screenshots, duplicate or manipulated content detection, spam filtering, NLP checks for text responses, and behavior analysis to catch farming or Sybil activity.
The system then assigns a confidence score:
- high confidence submissions can be auto-approved
- medium confidence cases can go to lightweight human review
- suspicious or low-confidence cases can be manually moderated or rejected

Contributor reputation also plays a role over time, so trusted users can get faster approvals while risky or new accounts may face stricter checks.

The goal is to keep verification scalable and fast while protecting payout integrity and reducing spam, fake engagement, and reward farming.

After reviewing it, we find the concept compelling and appreciate the effort that has gone into preparing a serious, well-structured, and detailed proposal. The milestones and deliverables are clearly defined, and we believe the project has the potential to bring meaningful utility and transaction activity to the Nimiq ecosystem.

We’re pleased to say the Community Council is approving your proposal.

To facilitate the milestone-based funding process, we would simply like to be able to follow the project’s development as it progresses. Having visibility into the codebase and development work would allow us to confirm the completion of milestones and release subsequent funding payments with confidence. In addition, we would appreciate regular updates being posted here in this forum thread so that the community can follow the project’s evolution and stay informed of progress.
